A design basis for the building
Vertex reviews occupancy, means of egress and fire protection requirements alongside the architectural and MEP design. The agreed scope can extend from strategy and drawings to site review and handover support.

TECHNICAL CONTEXT
Code and coordination
Applicable Saudi Building Code provisions, including fire protection requirements, are considered against the project’s classification and stage. Relevant NFPA standards are reviewed where applicable to the agreed design scope.
Civil Defense submissions are a separate service when required.
